Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order placed with Solara Life Sciences. Placing an order means accepting them, together with the Research use policy.

Who sells

The seller is Solara Life Sciences. Orders and questions: hello@solaralifesciences.ca.

Research use only

Every product is supplied as a lyophilized powder for laboratory research use only, under the Research use policy. By ordering, the purchaser confirms that they are of the age of majority in their province or territory, that they are qualified to handle research chemicals, that the material is for laboratory research, and that handling, storage and disposal will follow the rules that apply to them. Solara may decline or cancel any order where research use is in doubt.

Product information

Product pages describe the material: the compound, the quantity in the vial, the form and the storage condition. Reference data on product pages (formula, molecular weight, CAS number) are reference values from PubChem's record for the compound, not measurements of a lot. Nothing on this site represents any product as having a use or benefit in a person or an animal.

Orders, prices and payment

Prices are in Canadian dollars and may change before an order is placed. Shipping is $15 flat per order, and free on orders over $200. An order is accepted when Solara confirms it. Payment is by Interac e-Transfer; an order ships once payment is received. No sales tax is charged. The order confirmation and the confirmation email give the amount, the address to send the e-Transfer to and the reference to include.

Before an order is confirmed, the buyer is shown Solara's legal name and contact details, an itemized price with shipping and taxes, the total in Canadian dollars, the expected delivery date and the cancellation, return and refund policies, and accepts or declines the order expressly; a copy of the agreement is sent by email.

Liability

For consumer sales, nothing in these terms limits any right under consumer protection law, including the implied conditions of acceptable quality and fitness that cannot be excluded. Solara is not liable for any use of a product contrary to the Research use policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes

These terms are dated 25 October 2026. The version in force when an order is placed applies to that order.
