Shipping and returns

Orders ship from Canada within one to two business days of payment, sealed and packed to keep the lyophilized powder dry and out of light.

Shipping cost

Shipping is $15 flat per order, and free on orders over $200. The cost is shown in the order summary before an order is placed.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched within one to two business days after payment is received, by tracked service with Canada Post, UPS or Canpar, depending on the destination. The tracking number is emailed when the order ships. Delivery time depends on the destination and the carrier.

Packaging

Each vial is sealed and packed to keep the powder dry and protected from light in transit. Solara does not publish transit or stability data. On arrival the sealed vial belongs at −20 °C, protected from light and moisture, as each product page states.

Damaged, missing or incorrect items

If a vial arrives broken, an item is missing, or the wrong item was sent, contact Solara promptly after delivery at hello@solaralifesciences.ca with the order number and a photo. Solara will replace the item or refund it.

Returns

Because the condition of a research material cannot be confirmed once it has left Solara's control, opened vials cannot be returned for a change of mind. This does not limit any right under consumer protection law where an item is defective or not as described. Unopened vials, and cancellations before dispatch, are handled case by case: contact Solara at hello@solaralifesciences.ca.
